Zinc is an essential mineral that we all need to live a healthy life. All of the tissue and organs in our body requires zinc. Not only does it play a role in development and tissue growth, but zinc has many antioxidant properties that can help protect you.

Dr. Hans Nieper believed that since orotate salts were neutrally charged, they were able to pass through the membranes of cells easily. Therefore, carrying across the accompanying mineral atoms into the cells, thus cultivating higher tissue concentrations. There are many types of zinc, but it is believed that Zinc Orotates are the most beneficial for your body.

Symptoms of Zinc Defiency

It has been estimated that over 25% of the world's population suffers from zinc deficiency. If you have a deficiency in zinc, you may be suffering from the following symptoms: diarrhea, skin rash/lesions, hair loss, night blindness, loss of smell/taste, loss of memory and, in extreme circumstances, even death.
