How long does it take to lose weight by taking Slimirex®?

It will depend on each person's metabolism, diet, and exercise patterns. We recommend following a 1500 calorie a day diet and eating lots of fresh organic fruits vegetables and raw seeds and nuts. You should start to notice weight loss within the first 5 days of using Slimirex®. Most people however see the most profound change after 30-60 consecutive days of steady use. Be aware of products that guarantee quick weight loss results, regardless of diet and lifestyle. These products can be extremely harsh to use and may harm your health and well-being in the future.

Will Slimirex® make me jittery?

You may feel some additional energy while taking Slimirex®, but there should be no jitters, irritability, insomnia or similar conditions which commonly occur with other weight-loss products. What Diet plan should I follow?

All foods should be certified organic or locally grown. Raw organic fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, and sprouted grains provide the most nutrition to the body. You should eat 5 small meals daily to help regulate your metabolism and keep your body clean. For example if you weigh 200 pounds, drink 100 ounces of purified water daily. We also recommend adding a teaspoon of organic raw apple cider vinegar to your water to accelerate weight loss.

Is it safe to use Slimirex® during an Oxy-Powder® cleansing program?

It is safe to take Slimirex® while performing the Oxy-Powder® colon cleanse or the liver cleanse. Make sure the products are taken at least 2 hours apart so you get the full benefit from each product.

Will Slimirex® cause diarrhea or dehydrate me because or the diuretic and increased urine flow properties?

When taking Slimirex® we recommend drinking lots of purified water with organic apple cider vinegar added. We have not experienced any of our customers becoming dehydrated while taking Slimirex.

Can I take Slimirex® if I am on blood thinner medication?

As long as Slimirex® is taken 1 hour before or after taking blood pressure medication it should be OK. However if you experience any changes in blood pressure or symptoms of cardiovascular disturbance discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. Our research has shown that the main cause of high blood pressure is a toxic congested liver. We highly recommend doing a liver cleanse which may address the root cause of your condition and changing your diet.

Because of the unique Spagyrex ™ processing technique we use during the manufacturing process the herbs are absorbed and used by the body in different ways. Can you take Slimirex® more than twice a day?

Yes, Slimirex® can be taken up to 4x daily if needed. If you are not seeing results after 15 days with the suggested amount, you may increase to 3x daily for another 15 days. If you are still not seeing results increase to 4x daily.

Will Slimirex® interfere with thyroid medications?

There have been no contraindications when using Slimirex® in regards to prescription thyroid medications as long as you take the Slimirex® 1 hour before or after taking your medications.

Should I stop taking iodine supplements when I take Slimirex®?
