A long tradition in Morocco, Mint tea is more than just a simple beverage. Its delicious and refreshing mix of green tea and mint will be welcomed after any meal or with any conversation.
Ingredients Needed:
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil over high heat. Turn off the water and add the tea. Cover and steep 4 to 5 minutes. Add mint to the pot, continue to cover and steep 5 minutes more. Add the agave and stir to blend. Strain and serve. Garnish with a mint sprig.
To serve chilled, allow the tea to reach room temperature, then transfer the tea to a pitcher, cover and refrigerate until cold. Serve in a tall glass with ice and a mint sprig for garnish.
