I had read your article and purchased star anise oil and herb, however I'm not sure how much to rub on my daughters feet, she is 2. She doesn't like to take much of anything orally, which is why I purchased the oil. At this stage of the game it's all we have (there could be more in our kitchen as far as herbs go, but I'm not too familair with mixing and dosages, so I'll wait until I get my certification) to work with. I will get some oranges....mmmm. We do have a bunch of elderberry, will that be sufficient given it's all we have?
