I was reading about calcium orotate and product intracal, and this calcium form sounds so effective to health. I am wondering that with taking the med Actonel, a bisophosphenate type drug, would there be any risk of too much bone formation; since with the bisophosphenate, the bones tend to not let go of older or overly mature bone. With calcium orotate, do you think that any calcium your body doesn’t require readily is expressed even with a person who has digestive problems and constipation? Thank you for your time and knowledge!
