Interesting, made me think of how Adam might have lived in the garden of eden before the fall ,before he ate the fruit, only on air and a regenerating body that never gets old.

Another great book might be, Dr. Howell The Enzyme Factor. I have found that 100% raw vegans were not quite as healthy as I wanted to be. Many of them after time were over weight and had illnesses still! Then I found my mentor whom showed me this particular lifestyle. I have found that living plant based, CULTURED enzyme rich foods is the key to an ital life! It is important to Soak, germinate, and culture the seeds and nuts to unlock the protein create tremendous healing for our bodies. I have so much energy living this way its wild. I do supplement with highly active, medical grade plant based full spectrum digestive enzymes with every meal…even though i eat living plant based b/c the soil is depleted here in the U.S.
I love this community, thanks for sharing your information as always Dr. Group and friends of the forum!
    Bless,

Cool…….loved your video and could not agree with you more. Since knowing you and listening to your interviews on AAL, I have transitioned over to a 100% living food diet 99.9% of the time, grow my own garden in the summer, buy only organic, continue in my education on feeding the body, mind and soul, sungaze, etc. for the past 4 years now and loving life as much as I can. Thank you so much for all that you are doing in educating so many. Best of luck to ye in aiming for breatharianism…..a great goal, indeed! Namaste, Tracey Anne
