I listened to your comments on a woman’s husband having cramps in his hip flexors. you mentioned that the hip flexor is the “quadriceps, or, one of the quadriceps (the restus femoris – being the only one of the quads that passes over the hip joint thereby contributing to hip lexion), is not the major hip flexor – the ileopsoas (Iliacus and Psoas Major)is/are the major hip flexor and can have a different cause of cramp.
