Thank you for your blog question. In my opinion, Ester-C is a cheap form of vitamin C which uses some cheap ingredients, as well as possiby a few fillers. I personally would typically stay away from it, if at all possible (mag. sterate). As an alternative, I would suggest you take a full spectrum multivitamin, such as IntraMax, or any vitamin that is organic and tested to be effective.
However, the best option, is to eat more foods that are high in vitamin C. Oranges, strawberries, bell peppers are a few of my favorites. Buy organic foods, if possible.
