Contrary to popular belief, eating fruits if you have Candida can be very beneficial to your health, as long as you eat the right type of fruit in moderation.

i was just wondering if by seperating fruit and eating them alone means that i would not be able to make my green drink with the added fruits for any benefits….i usually blend 2-3 c. of fresh spinach with water and 1-2 c. of berries and 1 banana (this is for 3 of us)…this is the only way to get spinach down the hatch in my family!
Dr. Group,
I have been intuitively aware of not mixing fruit with other things and not eating anything else for 1 hr before or 1 hr after the fruit. However, I was not aware of eating them only in the morning and about the three groups of fruits. Thank you for that!
Now for the organic apple cider vinegar mixed with water, I tried doing that in the morning and it seemed to worsen my candida. Actually, I was miserable three days into the program. Can you please coment on that? Perhaps there is something I do not understand. I am also aware that candida thrives in an acid environment and that I need to balance my PH (more akaline). A Chiropractor years ago told me about the vinegar and water, but also told me that he doubted that I could do it because of my candida condition. A friend recently told me that that was the opposite of what she understood. That is why I gave it a try. I believe I have systemic candida. I would appreciate your help on this.
I also have used the organic oregano oil and unfortunitely after a few days I have acid reflux so bad that I have to stop.
I know that I am dumping a lot on you, but if you can shed any light on this I would appreciate it.
My friend told me about your book and I intend to purchase it.
