    Can you tell me why my abdomen swells so much after I have eaten any type of food. Most of the time it stays swollen that it feels as though its pushing everything up to my heart at least thats the wait feels. No matter what I eat it makes it swell . I thought maybe it was where the diabetes has messed up the nerve in my stomach to make it have such a slow digestive system and most of the time I have alot of watery stools. I dont eat alot of food so I was wondering could you get this oxy-powder at any of the health food stores . I live in the Martinsville , VA area. I called the nature’s Outlet store and they donot have oxy-powder. One of my cousins wife introduced the oxy-powder and I took four of the capsules before I went to bed and when I went to bed that night I slept good that night and when I arose the next morning I felt wonderful. So when I went out today I went to the two health food stores and they didnot have any at all of the oxy-powder. I would love to become distributor, because I know a lot of people who has problems with their bowel problems.

    Hi Dr. G,

    I do not normally visit blogs. However, I was very impressed with your site and bookmarked.

    My question is about the Latero-flora probiotic. I , currently, take a probiotic that has been cultured for 3-5 years on fruits and veggies. It is alive and does not have to be refrigerated. It comes in a soft gel caplet and can be chewed for problems with indigestion.

    I was wondering what the Latero-flora is cultured on. It is freezed-dried and can it be chewed for indigestion?

    What causes fibroids? How do you reduce or get rid of fibroids? What causes skin tags and how do you get rid of them?

    Skin tags and fibroids are caused by the accumulation of toxicity in the body. I would recommend following my 13 step cleansing process at http://www.ghchealth.com/must-read-cleansing-instructions.html and then using serralone and zymitol which are enzyme formulas that break down fibrotic tissue in the body. You can use these while cleansing.
