Although I am overweight, I will not allow excuses health or otherwise to be the reasons I continue to be void of using these tools. I think the key here like you mentioned is to really focus on your diet and make some changes, a long with being more easy going with stress and anxiety, try not to let small things get to you. Meditation and Yoga are wonderful for this.</description>
