I think we should go further. Get rid of farming all together and go back to hunting and gathering, just the way Nature intended.

I agree our food should not be tampered with or experimented Food should be sacred it is the bastion we have left, just let it be the way Nature intended. Your bring up some great points that I think people should be aware of. It is important to stay up to date and aware of what is going on around you. This is truly a scary development in the global food production. I consider the UK and other dissenters to this mass experiment with our food supply to be an example of sanity in a world that is often fascinated with technological advancement at the expense of ethical considerations and good old common sense. What is more precious to us than what we eat? It is one of the few things with true, inherent value. If we adulterate our crops and then find that we can no longer safely eat what we grow, how do we undo the damage? How can we prevent the cross-contamination with other conventional crops, or even organic for that matter? Testing shows that we cannot.
