I used to suffer from bad breath for many years. Then I heard about a therapy called oil pulling from a friend.

Once I started doing oil pulling, my bad breath disappeared in just a couple of days. It is really simple to do and can be followed by anyone. You just have to rinse your mouth with oil everyday.
