A few weeks back, I posted about a video of mine that is on NaturalNews.tv. Well, here’s a quick update. I now have five videos on NaturalNews.tv, including this one below about the benefits of doing a liver cleanse.

This video below is my second video for Natural News TV. In the video, we discuss the functions of the liver, as well as the benefits associated with doing a liver cleanse. Learn more about these health benefits below.

If you get a chance, please leave a comment or rating on the video. Thanks!

I’ve done 4 liver and gallbadder cleanses and I’m noticing a difference in how I feel. I could not believe that I had that many stones, and I’m so glad I’m doing this. Two of my friends have had gallbladder attacks and wound up in the emergency room having surgery within the last six months! If I can prevent that, I will do it. Thanks Dr. G

    Hi Dr. Group,

Just found your site on here after a visit to a medical office to get help and advice and being told to drink more water (good advice, but I already drink 2 quarts a day!) and take psyllium. I suddenly stopped have bowel movements about a month ago, was having 2 to 3 normal, non-straining ones a day, and suddenly everything stopped. A week after no b.m. I did an enema, got some liquid feces out, 4 days later decided to go and get a colon irrigation,, had three of these treatments done, mostly liquid feces, lots!, still no regular b.m., took some magnesium citrate, had diarreah for 12 hours (fun), now a week later, went to the doctor, only seen by nurse, who asked me “What do you want us to do?” I said, I havent had an “unaided” b.m. in a month – I think somethings wrong! Anyways, I came home, logged on, found your site and was wondering what you recommend for me? I am aware of the cure zone site and there liver cleanses there (olive oil and lemon juice) just havent done one yet. My mother died of a gall stone the size of a golf ball that literally blocked her bile duct, she was misdiagnosed, cut open, went into toxic shock, etc. etc., my sister in law died from impaction in the intestinal tract that literally burst. Bottom line – I dont want to go down those paths. Also – I am very healthy for my age, 53 years old, female, I have worked out, vigorously, at the gym for 8 years now, eat pretty healthy, whole grain everything, no white flour, no fast food, grease, etc., breakfast consists of a large bowl of sugarless yogurt mixed with 1/2 c. walnuts, fresh berries, 1/2 banana, and a handful of granola, every day. Other meals vary, but include chicken, some fish (salmon mostly), veggies, whole grain pasta, brown rice, I think you get the idea. I do have a glass of red wine most days, or a dark beer occasionally, not a regular thing though, so all this stated, what should I do now? I appreciate your feedback and keep up the good work! You remind me of my brother, he’s a surfer here in So. Cal! Thank you. Peace.

    Thank you Dr. Group
This video was brief and informative. As a colon hydrotherapist I have started directing people to your web site for information and products.

Your video is short but clear. I s there any contraindication for liver and gallbladder cleanse, and can anybody who has this condition do this process. Epsom salt taste is terrible, is there any alternative for that? Thank you..

  • Ed

Magnesium citrate is a much more pleasant-tasting alternative to Epsom salts. I’ve tried both during liver and gallbladder cleanses, and they’re equally effective, in my experience. I highly recommend reading Andreas Moritz’s superb book, “Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse: An All-natural, at Home Flush to Purify and Rejuvenate Your Body”, which is The Bible on this subject.
