		<description>Hi, That is good you are putting foods with Vitamin D. You say you do not eat meat. But fish is meat, give your head a shake.  I eat meat, but not all the time. Meat has protien and other essetial vitamins as well. Nothing wrong with  little meat. I see most vegetatarians, look a little pale most of the time. if they ate a small portion of meat, they would have some color to them. And would have a little more enegy. Thank you.</description>
