Recommended usage:

Two Week Loading Phase / Therapeutic Dosage

Dose: Three (3) vegetable capsules, with at least eight (8) fluid ounces of water three times daily, 45 to 60 minutes away from large meals. For best results, take three capsules at bedtime, three capsules first thing in the morning, and three capsules in the middle of the day.

Maintenance Dosage
