How to Take Apple Cider Vinegar
Simply mix a tablespoon of bragg's apple cider vinegar with 16 ounces of purified water. Drink at your leisure. You can also mix raw honey or agave nectar into the water to help sweeten the taste, as well as provide additional health benefits.
If you don't like the taste of Bragg's apple cider vinegar, you can fill up three veggie capsules and drink with water. This is not the recommended way, but will still achieve the desired effect.
