Life changing!
I got this book a couple of years ago, but let me tell you! I got netflix this month and if you have you know is full of documentaries! I have watches at least five! about natural living, the food industry! what our modern life does to our body! and its crazy!! I grabbed this book and re-read it! and now i finally understand and realize that this is not for "organic-hippies!" this is for everybody!! Your future depends on the decisions you take now!! get the book! read it! and do just 1 of all the recommendations and see and feel the difference !
