To qualify for a refund or replacement you must fulfill the following requirements

You must fill out the RMA form within 180 days of placing your order.
Instructions for sending the product back will be sent to you along with your RMA number.
Send us all remains or unused portions of your product(s) including any unopened bottles that you may have purchased.
The product must be received at our facility within 180 days of the purchase date.
You will be refunded the full amount of the product(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Packages must be received with an RMA number or will not be eligible for a refund.
Limit 1 Return Authorization per product per customer account. Return Authorization requests for same products on related customer accounts will be denied.
NOTE: RMA# MUST BE BOLDLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR IT WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU.
