Working with chemicals

Hi.
7 years ago i started getting very bad health problems with breathing (tested positive for asthma) and cant swallow properly.Ive had endoscopies done and it shows bad inflammation thru out the body. throat seamed ok but ive had major problems with it.
Professional bodies say its this or that,but people at work say its probably something to do with working with household chemicals (espically soap powder particles) for 10 years.If this is the case,how would i be able to swallow properly again-i dont care about pains or asthma its just the throat .
