Whats the norm?

Postby Newark22 on Thu Mar 10, 2005 9:57 am

Okay,
I started taking Oxypowder on Monday - started with 4 tablets - nothing, next day 7 tablets, nothing, next day 8 tablets - 2 movements - this is after eating lots of fruit for breakfast and lunch. Will be trying the max dose of 10 tonight!
The problem I have is although the lower dosage is not giving me the bowel movement it is definatley giving me a rumbling belly (loud noises)! I also have been drinking hot water with lemon before bed and first thing in the morning.
Is 10 tablets a night the norm for people?. I am 5ft2in, weighing 9.4 stone so not too over weight and workout 4 times a week..

Hi!

Everyone is different when it comes to using Oxy-Powder. Please give your body some time and try to relax. You seem to be doing everything right. Hopefully you are drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of pure, clean water each day.

The loud noises in the intestinal tract is a good sign that things are moving. Ten capsules is not too much for some people, in the beginning.

Let me know what happens.

norm..

My understanding is that 10 is not the "max" as you put it. In fact, the Oxy Powder people at first recommended 10 as the starting dose. As has been said, everyone is different. You will probably find that once things DO start moving for you, you may even be able to cut back, but I would not be afraid to go above 10 until that happens.
I am now on "maintenance" and find I only need 2 or 3 capsules, whereas it took me a lot more to get things moving at first!
Keep us posted! I am always curious about how the product works for others.

why its not workng

Postby reyes on Sat Mar 12, 2005 2:16 pm

its not working because of the modifications to capsules. double-milled powder apparently. all good-intentioned but far less effective than before. why can't people leave a good thing alone.

Hi Reyes,

Actually, a lot of people are still getting results even with the new formula, from what I have read anyway.

I just read Dr. Group's post and I really believe that they are trying to rectify the situation. There is nothing wrong with trying to improve as that is how we get even better natural products.

Any way, I don't see many company's out there express the concern that GHC has done. For that I really do commend them.

Oxy-Powder is still the best on the the market, in my opinion.

Blessinigs,

Thanks everyone for your feedback.
On 10 a night now, seem to be doing the trick although the loud stomach noises are embarrasing sometimes!!

Q: I am flying this Friday to Bangkok, when should I stop taking the tablets to ensure I am not on the loo all the time while flying? Any ideas?

the new product is not terrible by any means it still does a solid job. if you were a first timer you wouldn't know any different and still be pleased with results. the difference is not a great as i first thought but its not as good. i find it strange that 7 capsules gave me a better result than 9. with this new product it doesn't seem to matter how many capsules you go up.

the old one was the best(5 wouldg ive me pure liquid in the morning wheras 9 of new one doesnt even give me liquid the start.) and im sure the april version will be the best of all and there's nothing wrong with improving a product as long as its been properly tested on humans.

Hi Newark22,

I would suggest that you stop at least by Thursday morning. Just a suggestion.

Have a great trip.
