What is this? ulcer between the earlobe and the cheek?

Hello,

I had this for quite some time,
Firstly I will say that I have sabborheic dermatits...so I do not know if its the cause of that or not..

Basically you know the bottom of the earlobe where the skin is connecting to the cheek? its a small sore like (looks like a cut) it is red in color and it hurts if you touch it...it doesnt bleed or anything..just looks like a scratch.

I asked my mom about it and she said that she had it before i described her the symptoms about it..and she had exact same thing. She told me to apply polysporin..

Any idea what that is? and how to fix it?
