What Does this Mean?

I had the flu which went into an upper respiratory infection. My temperature reached 102 degrees before it broke. I treated with Oregeno essential oils. After three weeks the infection feels gone, but I am still coughing up white and sometimes yellowish flem.

The question is my temperature has been hovering around 95.4 - 95.7 for about 10 days now. I sweat a lot when my temperature is like this. What does this mean? My normal temperature usually runs around 98.6.

Sounds like you may still have some infection going on. I would suggest that you continue with the Oregano Oil. Also you may want to take a probiotic while on the Oregano Oil. LDM-100 and Larrea Tridentata would also be good choices for infection.

Make sure that you are drinking half your body weight in ounces of pure, clean water every day and that you are eating a healthy diet, free of sugar and dairy.

Low temperature can mean thyroid issues, parasites, sleep apnea, diabetes, deficiency of vitamins/minerals, chronic allergies and many other concerns.

Hypothermia is dangerously low body temperature, below 95 degrees Fahrenheit. If this should happen seek out a healthcare professional ASAP.

If this continues I would highly suggest that you go to your healthcare professional for a complete blood analysis.
