hello,
i'm new so if this question was asked, i'm sorry.
what is the best kind of water to drink? i read that distilled and reverse-osmosis waters are empty and suck minerals out of your bones and body and can cause constipation. i also heard some good things about reverse osmosis and distilled though. i also read that distilled water does not necessarily purify since a lot of chemical atoms are smaller than water atoms and they go up in the steam along with the water. some people say that brita water is fine, and others say it's not.
so... i read that it's important to get liquid colloidal minerals, so that's what i did. i added that to distilled water. hopefully i'm on the right path!
i'm hearing all kinds of stories! i still don't know which is the best water for me. i'd like another perspective, so anyone and everyone who has some information, please help me out!
