Water/Sweat Blisters

Postby HealthTroubles on Tue Aug 16, 2005 12:24 pm

I've got one for you that no doctor has been able, or cared to take the time to figure out.

My trouble is every time my body heat rises my skin begins to "itch". This "itch" should be thought of more as pain. I want you to consider something. Say some one took a piece of paper and gave you a million very tiny cuts just deep enough to hurt a tiny bit, using just the corner of the paper, and then they placed a single grain of salt into each cut. These cuts are all over your body except in the arm-pits, feet, or various "private" areas.

That is what it FEELS like. What it LOOKS like, is tiny water blisters all over my body. The only thing I can think of, is that some how my sweat glands are blocked and when I begin to sweat, the sweat pushes the skin up exposing the new skin to the salty sweat, which of course... stings. I have tried several skin cleansers, and the only soap that seems to make this problem at least livable is original Nutragena (not sure I spelled that right) bar of soap.

I have seen a dermatologist for this, and he came the closest to figuring it out. He found a picture in one of his books that matched very closely. The condition was miliaria crystalina. As I understand it, this condition is usually only seen in babies and is supposed to clear up on its own within a few weeks. This issue started when I was a freshman in highschool and has been with me ever since... I am 24 now...

To be honest I am not a big believer in doctors abilities to figure something out that is short of a gun shot wound. I have heard all of the cop-outs... "Its stress", "Its an allergy", "You have a hyperactive immune system", etc... etc... I was loaded up on medication, which I took for several years, and they didn't touch it. I have since stopped taking all of the medication.

The dermatologist actually tried a sweat blocker. I was to put this stuff on my arm and then wrap it with plastic wrap. THIS WAS PROBABLY THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE WEEK IN MY LIFE. The ITCHING from that stuff was worse than dealing with what I have now.

P.S. There is no redness until the blister have been there for a while, and there are no scars or evidence that they were there when they leave.

Hi

I would suggest the following for you to try: (products can be found at www.ghchealth.com)

1) Complete liver/gallbladder/parasite cleanse. You most like have toxicity going on and probably some parasitic activity. Do 1x each month for 3 months.

2) Latero-Flora - will provide beneficial bacteria to the intestinal tract.

3) Oregano Oil-RX - Anti-Viral, Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Microbial. Great for allergies.

4) Healthy diet and lymphatic drainage. Eliminate dairy, white sugar and flour, aspartame, soda and pre-packaged foods. Eat as clost to nature as possible.

5) Buy all your personal healthcare products from a health food store. Make sure that there are no toxic chemicals in anything that you put on your body. This means shampoos, toothpaste (no fluoride), soaps, shaving articles, etc.

6) Drink half your body weight in ounces of distilled water with 1 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar added to a 16 ounce glass of water. Do this every day.

7) Make sure that your detergent is gentle. Buy from health food store.

Get. Dr. Group's e-book Transforming Your Health In 90 Days or Less and follow the diet and program.

Let me know how you are doing in six weeks.
