using bathroom problem

a lot of times more than once throughout the day, i feel like i need to fart and it feels like i would shit my pants, aka "shart" so i go to the bathroom and i fart/poop out liquidy poop that is very mucusy, with some red coloring which looks like blood in it. even when i do need to poop, my poop comes out very skinny and long, not like a normal big crap. and its also mucusy with some white looking stuff in the poop and a little bloody. what could be wrong and how can i fix this. the foods im eating are the same junk i have always eaten, sometimes normal pretty decent food and sometimes junk food or frozen tv dinners. just random foods that i have always eaten so there really isnt a change in my eating habits. thanks.

If there is blood in your stool this could be a very serious issue.
