Use of Paratrex™ with an iliostomy

Dr. My husband is 68yrs Has had an iliostomy for 37 years performed because of ulceative colitis He also has a pacemaker. Would he be able to take the para=buster formula safely.5 months ago he had a perforated intestine near the stomach. The surgeon said it was possibly due to an ulcer. He had no symptoms prceeding the attack. We are vegans and do not smoke or drink alcohol. I believe all of his problems are from parasites. Please ad vise.
