I am going to be trying out for my varsity baseball team next year in my junior Year. Do you have any suggestion on good muslce things to or protein things? Just wondering, I was thinking if the getting whey protein or possibly creatine but I'm not sure on that. Do you know if these things are harmful for ppeople like me who are under 18? let me know.

Whey protein and creatine are standard for many muscle-building programs. Protein intake is crucial in order to build and maintain muscle mass and many people find that they must supplement their diets with extra protein in order to meet these requirements. Whey protein can be very good, provided that you purchase one that is good quality. This means that you would ideally begin with protein that is taken from organically-raised cows and then undergoes a low-heat process to yield a high-quality protein concentrate or isolate. After this, the product should not be loaded with artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. Creatine has been used very successfully by people of many different ages. I would speak with your trainer and parents first and, if you choose to use it, take it in cycles as this generally yields the best results. I would also suggest a high-quality, micronized product such as Creapure brand.

More importantly than either of these supplements is taking care of your nutrition and habits in other ways. You absolutely must sleep enough so that your body can undergo rest and repair. This is an element that many overlook and which slows down muscle-building progress. You must drink a sufficient amount of clean, not tap, water. Hydration is key, especially if you are taking creatine and working out. I would also highly recommend that you supplement with basic vitamins and minerals. I would discuss trying Intramax with your parents. It contains not only vitamins and minerals but also electrolyte and detoxifying complexes. If you cannot do this, I would recommend a high-quality, organic, food-based supplement and also some type of organic green-food supplement.
