URGENT: Liver cleanse + paracetamol

I'm in the process of doing a liver cleanse. I have been drinking apple juice+ super phos 30 for the past 3 days. But unfortunately I have got a sore throat (which has got nothing to do with the cleanse). I need to take some pain killers like paracetamol- but I understand that these pain killers are not "liver-friendly". and therefore may affect the cleanse (?) So, on one hand I don't want to do anything to spoil the cleasing program, on the other hand my throat is killing me. Any suggestions?

To add to what I've said, I'm feeling a bit feverish, may be catching a cold. Shall I stop the cleanse and re-start when the cold is out of the way, or just take the oilve oil+ lemon thingy tomorrow (as planned)

HI

I would suggest that you go ahead with the cleanse. You may find that the cold and sore throat will be very short-lived since you are cleansing the liver/gallbladder and digestive tract. Some people experience a bit of what we call a "healing crisis" and since you have a cold these symptoms may seem a little worse than normal.
