The Colon Cleanse - Liv/Bladder cleanse - P'Buster Process.

Postby Lazarus on Mon Jan 16, 2006 3:49 pm

Hi guys..

New to all this...

Im looking for insight as to the correct procedure for the full, Colon Cleanse, Liv/Bladder and P'Buster process... Also Maintennance..

well...

Can the Colon Cleanse and Liv Bladder processes be used together? Say within 10 days?

I mean could I start the 7 day Colon Cleanse, and on teh 4th day start the Liv/Bladder process?

Then finish off with the P'Buster, the next week? also doing the maintennance?

I only ask because, I have to take 5 days holiday in work and I want to get as much out of the way in 7-10 days as I can...

This is what I am planning...

1ST(sat) DAY, 2ND DAY, 3RD DAY.

Taking the required ammount of OXY TABLETS...

Whilst eating as much fruit and as much water as I feel, also doubled with Bran Flakes in the morning.

4TH DAY

Carrying on with the oxy tablets above, also sneaking in the occaisional jog in between...

on this day I would be starting the Liv/Bladder Flush, following the directions on the main page.

hopefully by the following sat I will be finished, so I can commence with the Paratrex™ tablets, and then the maintennance...

Will I be ok to eat "normally"?

Does this look ok to you all?

And does anyone put forward any foods to try?

If you are attempting to decrease the amount of time that the cleansing program takes, here is what I would recommend trying, even though it can be more confusing as to the timing:

Begin the 7-day colon cleanse with Oxy-Powder.
On day 4 of the cleanse, begin the liver and gallbladder flush and follow the directions for that protocol as they are written. This way, the last 4 days of the colon cleanse will overlap the first 4 days of the liver/gallbladder flush which includes the Oxy-powder.
On day 5 of the liver/gallbladder flush (day 8 overall) perform the activities listed on that day but do not take the Oxy-Powder. By this time you have completed the 7-day cleanse.
Once you are finished with the flush, you can progress to the Paratrex™ cleanse and follow the directions to include the maintenance dose of Oxy-Powder.

As far as the rest of your proposed protocol, it appears sound. We do recommend eating a low-fat diet during the first part of the liver/gallbladder flush and fruit definitely fits the bill. The foods that we normally recommend during a cleanse and in general are fresh, preferably organic, fruits and vegetables and, if desired, organic meats.
