Thank you for your response to my lengthy posting about juice fasting and cleansing order.

I am bit confused as to your response, whether you wrote it with the recommendation of juice fasting WHILE doing the cleansing protocols, or solid raw food diet as I had proffered as well.

Also, I was a bit confused if you meant 7-day OxyP Cleanse, then 4-5 day Liver/Gall Prep+Flush, then 6 week parasite (while using OxyP Maintainance dose), and then ONCE a month for the next 3 months do 1 4-5 day Liver/gall Prep+Flush? or will he Parasite flush still be in progress (on week 4 of 6) when the NEXT Liver/Gall flush is done 1 MONTH later, as per instructions... please clarify.

Or Oxypowder cleanse, say for 7 days, then 4-5 day Liver/Gall Prep+Flush, then 3 more Liver/Gall flushed, once every 3 months...
and THEN? do the 6 week Parasite cleanse...

There is SOOO much conflicting info on killing the parasites before the flush, after the flush/es, etc etc... I believe GHC's protocol is optimal, even above Hulda Clarks recommendations, BUT in this context of juice fasting, I didn't know exactly..

Reverently,
chris

There is perhaps some room left for interpretation in the original response, part of which is intentional. Much of the response regarding your juice fast versus raw food diet depends on your comfort level, experience, and the length of time that you intend to do it. Many people do juice fast for a month or more; however you mentioned cleansing for a period of time longer than this. You may want to try a period of juice fasting initially and then switch back to your raw food diet at a certain point.

My suggestion was essentially the first one that you cite here. I did not recommend performing the second liver/gallbladder flush until after the parasite cleanse was finished. You can then perform additional liver/gallbladder flushes as needed at approximately 1 month intervals. You are absolutely right in stating that there is much conflicting information regarding killing parasites both in books and online. It is likely that the best protocol often depends upon the individual and the particular set of circumstances. The reality is that many people have cleansed according to both types of protocol and have done very well. I suspect that if someone had a high degree of parasitic infection in and around the liver/gallbladder that it might be better to reverse the order and perform the parasite cleanse first. If not, I believe that the other method makes more sense. Again, it is hard to overemphasize the degree to which we may differ biochemically and how this may influence any health measures that we take.

If you have anything else that you would like to discuss directly or need clarification, please call GHC at 1-800-476-0016.
