Taking Paratrex™ with enough water

I have been doing the Paratrex™ cleanse, for a few days. I have been drinking the amount of water that i have been directed to. Except for a couple days. I did not drink hardly any water. The next day, i had pain in my kidneys and i went to the doctor and was informed that i have a bladder infection, not a kidney infection. I was wondering, if you do not drink the required amount of water on this cleanse, what negative things can happen to your body?

There is no specific list regarding Paratrex™ and hydration. Regarding detoxification and cleansing, it is always advisable to drink adequate amounts of clean water in order to promote elimination and to buffer toxins as they are released and passed from the body. One of the most commonsense recommendations that I have seen is to drink ½ your body weight in ounces per day. Typically, people that remain dehydrated feel the symptoms of detoxification more that those that are well-hydrated. Remember, water is very important, especially in the prevention of kidney and bladder infections, regardless of any supplements that you may be taking.
