I'm on my 5th day. I have taken as much as 12 capsules at a time. I still dont' get the bm advertised. I took the advise of a guest member on this forum and began taken the capsules with about a 1/4 of a lemon's juice in my water. I get what seems to be an incomplet bm in the morning which is water, but nothing near what my expectations were. Has this product been diluded in someway? I'm not one to make wild accusations, but something just doesn't seem to be right here. What more can I do?
