I am a 26 year old man. I just bought the complete cleansing system and i plan on starting it on christmas day. I think i have a yeast infection or other toxins in me causing some problems. I think i have pretty normal bowel movements but I get headaches, skin rashes, itchy skin, neck and back pain, fatigue, bad taste in my mouth, bad breath, dry mouth, trouble falling and staying asleep, heartburn, and joint pain. I'm on a weird schedule because of my work also I'm up just about every night till around 5am and get out of bed around 3pm. I have about 9 days off work starting christmas day so i figured that was a good time to cleanse. What if a good cleansing plan for me to follow? I hope to get all the sick days out of the way before i go back to work

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

i've read where you can get a candida infection in your throat. if that is right can it go into your sinuses? i'm about to start the complete cleansing system and i'm wondering if there is anything else i can do with the cleanse to get rid of any throat and sinus candida or is the cleansing system gonna take care of that? can you spread a candida infection of the throat and sinuses to people you are around like other germs? i am currently taking a centrum chewable, super b complex and a b 6 vitamin. the super b complex says yeast and liver base. should i stop taking any of these vitamins during the cleanse?

i'm on my second day now and i slept for about 9 hours then had a bm and it wasn't liquid but it wasn't solid either. it kinda looked like a round baseball sitting in the toilet. is there anything wrong with that? the first day i took the 4 oxypowders went to sleep woke up about 3 or 4 hours later and pretty much liquid. had about 7 or 8 bm during the day.

have you ever heard of any problems with the liver and gallblader flush like stones getting stuck in the ducts? i'm a little nervous about that. is there anything wrong with starting the super phos 30 on the third day of oxypowder?
are there any alternatives to the organic apple juice i cant' find any? is miracle whip ok? where can i find epsom salts?

thanks for your help

The recommended plan to follow for the Oxy-Powder Complete Cleansing System is posted at www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html. It is best to eat a diet that is rich in organic, raw fruits and vegetables and to drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of purified or distilled water each day. Try to minimuize all processed foods, especially those that are rich in processed sugars and fats.

It is quite normal to have soft or liquid bowel movements while performing the colon cleanse. This is a by-product of the oxidation of compacted fecal matter. If you are experiencing more than 5 movements per day, Iwould suggest reducing your dosage.

Several of the steps in the liver/gallbladder flush protocol are designed to prevent stones from lodging in the biliary ducts. Super Phos 30 can help to soften or shrink stones and the Epsom salt prior to the actual flush can dilate the ducts so that any material that is related has a clear passage. in addition, the Oxy-Powder from the previous days should facilitate the release of toxins from the gastrointestinal tract. It is best to complete at least a 7-day colon cleanse prior to beginning the protocol for the liver/gallbladder flush, especially if you have never cleansed your colon before.

If you cannot find organic apple juice, use regular, unfiltered apple juice. The only whipping cream that should be used is heavy whipping cream, available in any grocery store, usually in the refrigerator near the half-and-half. Epsom salts can be purchased in most grocery stores and probably all pharmacies.
