Should I use Oxy Powder

I just got back from seeing a gastologist and he stated that putting myself through the colon cleanse would do more harm than good. I eat extremely healthy and have been doing so for over a year now and I have anywhere from 2-3 bms a day. He stated that if I was experiencing constipation or was even eating horribly then a colon cleanse would work for me. He also stated that the colon contains good bacteria and if I were to do the cleanse the I could mess a lot of things up with my digestive system. My stomach has been hurting on and off for over a month and half now and I cannot figure out what the problem is. That is why I went to see the gastologist. I have the sharp pains and severe bloating about three times a week and it is not brought on by anything I eat as it just decides to act up when it wants to. Seeing that certain medications were not working, I decided to look into the colon cleanse.

Oxy-Powder will not harm the good bacteria. And we always recommend taking Latero-Flora which is an excellent probiotic. I would guess that your doctor has a reason for cautioning you against a colon cleanse and I would suggest that you follow his recommendations.

It may be that you need to get on a good digestive enzyme ( take 15-30 minutes before each meal) and also try taking some HCL before your meals. You may not have enough good acid in your stomach.
