results with oxypowder

how long should it take to get results from oxypowder? Does it need to be taken on a emoty stomach with lemon water?

Hi,

Because everyone's body chemistry is different people will experience different results. Some will see results with 6 hours, others may take 3-4 days depending on diet, lifesyle, fecal impaction, physical emotional stresses and pre-existing damage to the bowel.

It is best to take Oxy-Powder on an empty stomach right before bed. I would also suggest the lemon water especially if you are over 30 years of age.

THANK YOU I HAVE TAKEN OXYPOWDER FOR 3 DAYS WITH NO RESULTS DIDN'T KNOW IF THIS WAS NORMAL OR NOT. JUST HAVING BLOATING AND CONSTIPATION. ANYTHING I CAN TAKE TO HELP?

You can try taking oxy-powder 30 minutes before breakfast, 30 minutes before lunch and 30 minutes before dinner. This eliminated the bloating for me and the gravity and walking during the day actually helped move my bowels. I have had better results on this schedule. I also use a 1/4 lemon slice squeezed in water each time I take OP.
