Jodie,
As long as it is comfortable, you should be able to wear a bra. I would suggest that you find the most comfortable one possible instead of buying on solely based on the way that it looks. You are very young to suffer from reflux and IBS. If you are able, I would suggest consulting with a naturopath or chiropractor that is experienced in digestive disorders and talk to him or her about food allergies and gluten sensitivities. Also, we recommend Oxy-Powder very frequently to people that suffer from digestive problems as well as a good enzyme supplement like Zymitol. I would also suggest taking a high-quality probiotic supplement such as Latero-Flora in order to make sure that the good types of bacteria are present in your digestive tract. It is very important to look at the symptoms that you experience as a reflection of your overall bowel health. Please make sure that you are drinking at least ½ your body weight in ounces of purified water every day and make sure that you eat your meals in a calm environment while thoroughly chewing your food.
