Hi I am a 16 year old girl who has been diagnosed with IBS and i was wondering if i can have alcohol while i have IBS. i really want to drink if we have friends over, i wasnt sure what i could have or even if i can have any. can you please help me. I want a DRINK. i just want a couple of Jim Beams when at a friends[/quote]

It is not recommended for people with IBS to drink alcohol, coffee, or soft drinks. Water is the best liquid for IBS. However IBS can be managed with the use of the product Oxy Powder.
