Rash? After taking oxy-powder

Hi, first I just want to say your product used to work miracles for me, but lately( for the past 4 months actually) I have been getting a weird reaction. I dont know if it's a rash, but redness on my forearms and sometimes my chest. It seems to go away somewhat when I raise my arms (circulation?) I notice when I drink magnesium citrate it is 10x's worse. The other thing, I take the oxypowder exactly as directed even with lemon, and I can't really get anything out? I feel absolutely miserable. ( i have always had constipation since childhood, I'm 20) I will go over 7 days without going at all, and when I do it's not much. It makes no sense, oxypowder used to work perfect for me. Could it be a reaction to citric acid? It would just be weird, because I have never had a reaction to it before, but I only get the rash with oxypowder, citrate, or sometimes even orange juice. It could be a reaction to citric acid as anything is possible.

I would suggest that you check with our customer service reps to see if you have the Oxy-Powder that was not as effective. If so we will gladly replace that bottle with the old formula that is more effecitve.

Are you taking the Oxy-Powder with lemon juice water? If not, please try that for a few days to see if there is any difference.
