should you feel bad when starting thses pills? I have been very nauseated with some stomach cramps. I took 8 pills last night. I have had chronic constipation problems around 2 years. I figured that I was just detoxing but am not sure. Also can you take more than 10 pills if you are still unable to have a bowel movement?

Hi Heather,

Yes, sometimes as the body begins to release toxins the body will go through a slight healing crisis. Some people have headaches, nausea, flu-like symptoms, etc. Typically these can last from a few days to a couple of weeks. But for most people it is just a few days.

I would also suggest that you squeeze 1/4 lemon wedge in the water that you take the Oxy-Powder with. This will help to make sure that there is enough acid in the stomach for the Oxy-Powder to release.

Make sure that you are drinking half of you body weight in ounces of pure water every day and that you are getting some exercise. Oxy-Powder does not work the same for everyone and alot depends on diet, length of constipation, emotional stress, and previous bowel damage.

Be persistant and patient. Let me know if after a couple of days you are still having difficulty.
