questions about liver flush

Postby ladybug on Sat Apr 08, 2006 9:46 am

I am planning to start the liver flush on Tuesday but have a few questions and concerns.

1. Is taking the super phos with apple juice going to cause me to use the restroom even more than just with the Oxypowder alone?
2. The directions say to take Oxypowder for the first four days of the flush, after that, is it ok to go onto the maintence faze of Oxypowder or should I be taking it every night to be sure that any stones get passed?
3. Does it matter on the 5th day of the flush if I don't eat breakfast at 8am and eat just a "brunch" at around 11am or 12pm?
4. Does it matter what kind of berries to eat for dinner? Do some work better than others?
5. I'm really concerned that I am not going to be able to swallow the 3/4 cup of olive oil. If I don't get all of it down, will the flush still work?

thanks for your help.

Good luck with your liver flush!
Here are the responses to your questions:
1. You may urinate more frequently if you do not regularly drink this much fluid, but it shouldn’t affect your bowel movements.
2. You do not take the Oxy-Powder for the final two days of the cleanse. After that time, you can perform the maintenance protocol.
3. This should not dramatically affect the results of the flush.
4. Pick the berries that are the most fresh and that you enjoy.
5. Do the best that you can. Remember that you have worked all week to get to this point. This is a crucial part of the cleanse. The olive oil, along with the heavy whipping cream, stimulates that gallbladder to contract and the liver to pump out bile. A little less oil should still cause this to happen but possibly to a lesser degree.
