question about Acidophilis

can you actually overdose on acidophilis?

I read online that you can take it 1 pill 4 x a day if you have a UTI or take 2 pills a day for yeast infections. etc..

NOW, the pills i have in my fridge say 1 pill a day. HOw do you know WHAT to take and how much?

I would only go as far as doubling the dose on the label. I would also recommend you take Latero Flora which is better than the standard acidophilis.
