Hi eveyone,, happy easter

my name is karen im 34 and from liverpool, england,, i am wondering, can anyone share their personal experiences with me around fibro, about a yr ago i fell ill with god knows what, they thought it was ME, then due to having proufound pain in my eyes, (which was diagnosed as extreme dryness) a friend of mine who is a doctor advised me to go and see a rheumy, which i did and he thought it was sjogrens syndrome, ( primary) since then i have had numerous steriod injection, ( depo), and he is now thinkin of putting me on chemo,,, this concerns me greaty due to the fact that my bloods are normal, which i am aware can happen in 40 % of cases, but despite the profound pain, im my muscles, joints, and swelling, oh and not forgeting the fatigue, i have developed anxiety, which seemed to start when taking tablets,, i becamse sensative even to my painkillers, and can only take half of a co-codamol, which isnt too bad when i have the steriod injections because that dies things down a little, but i have now become anxious about taking tablets, horrible it is, my mum has fibro and has had it for nearly 14yrs ,, i see so much of myself in my mum, but the rheumy isnt convinced, and i am worried about going on chemo, or methatrexate when i just dont feel that my body is up to it, plus since being ill i have had kidney problems, headaches, hate noice, and light, have become sensative to the sun, have a sore throat, feel like i am choking sometimes, i do have a dry mouth, and thats why the rheumatologist came to his decision,, the worst thing of all is the burning skin, my skin burns, like as if i have burnt it in the sun, and i read that this can be a consequence of fibro,, any advice anyone can offer would be most gratefully appreciated
hugs
karen
