TAKING 20 CAPSULES OF OXY POWDER!!! and weight loss!!!

hi i'm now on my 2nd day of my 7 day cleanse and i tried experimenting with 20 capsules of oxy powder, in the hope that it'll give me a better elimination and more frequent bowel movements. i was 47.5kg on day one, (which was yesterday) and i'm now down to 45.8kg. however after drinking water (mixed with apple cider vinegar and lemon), it fluctuated of course!! i'm wondering if any weight loss is just water weight or is it really the compacted fectal matter (waste) inside of me? and will my weight continue to plummet or fluctuate if i continue on 20 capsules?? my main concern is if its too much. no side effects physically... i feel fine! great in fact when i see the no. on the scales go down. can i continue on my dosage of 20 capsules a day???

The initial weight loss is probably the result of both some water loss as well as compacted fecal matter. Continuing at that dose would probably increase the weight loss; although to what degree it is difficult to say. It is recommended to take the number of capsules that will result in 3-5 bowel movements the next day. More thorough bowel cleansing can be achieved by continuing with a maintenance dose every other evening after the initial 7-day cleanse is performed. Most methods associated with extremely rapid weight loss are not sustainable in the long term. Regarding the safety, there are some people that take this amount in order to achieve their 3-5 movements per day.
