Feet, Nails, Legs

Exfoliate your feet! -- Use a loofah sponge to exfoliate tops, sides and bottom of your feet. Remember to scrub all of your toes too. After drying with a fluffy towel, apply your favorite moisturizer generously and then put on a thick (warm from the dryer) pair of socks on for a pampered feeling.

Avoid smudging your toenails -- Start painting the little toe of the foot opposite your working hand. Then work toward your other little toe.

Sugar doesn't belong in the body, but it smooths and softens the hands and feet. Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to a dollop of hand cream, and massage your entire foot or hand.

Nail food -- use almond oil; it soaks in easily if applied after a bath.

Disperse the cellulite -- Walk on your bottom at least three times a week. Ten movements forward and ten movements backward, using your arms to help you move.
Repeat this five times. This exercise will help work the buttocks and leg muscles. Stair climbing is also great for circulation in this area.

Exfoliate -- The hot weather is here, so if you are sporting a bun revealing bathing suit make sure you are smooth. In the shower use an abrasive mitt with a bit of soap to scrub those buns and follow with a light, non- greasy moisturizer.

Spider veins -- avoid very hot baths if you have a tendency to get these.
