Thank you for visiting the forum! Lets answer your questions in the order you have written them:

would like some clarification,on the bottle dosage is one cap.daily for u.k. regulations, will one cap daily haved any benefits

It is suggested that one start with one capsule initially, however, dosage will very per the individual. I would suggest you start with one capsule and increase the dosage until you achieve 3-5 bowel movements from said dosage. Typically average dosage is 4-10 capsules but this will depend on the individuals life style over all.

the overnight quick cleanse treatment has anyone tried this compared to the six or seven night treatments, does the overnight quick cleanse have same benefits as the other treatments, it just sounds easier to do overnight rather than over six or seven days.

The over night cleanse is really more of an as needed dosage, so if you eat poorly the night before you may see the need to have an over night cleanse. If one has never cleansed before the 6-7 day process will show the best results.

dont know if i want to be going to toilet several times a day all the time

If you are taking your dosage in the evening, about 2 hours after eating and 10 minutes before bed time, you should wake up with an urge to use the restroom in the morning. Usually most will find they have the majority of the bowel movement in the morning and not much through out the day and this works well for the working individual. If you have any concerns with this, I would suggest that you call 1-800-476-0016 for proper support while using the Oxy-Powder, we are all very versed with how it works and are here to take your calls and questions.

i dont have any health problems, eat fairly healthy, exercise regularly, after reading about colon cleansing and all the benefits thought i would like to try it, wont start untill the week/end as im not working .

This process is ideal for your situation, and the 6-7 day process will work well for you if this is what you decide to do. I usually suggest that one does try the cleanse over the weekend to acclimate to the process, this way you will be at home for a few days and it should give you a better understanding as to what your going to expect over all.

So im sure i'll be back on with more questions as im totally new to this.

There are many that are new to this as well, any time you have questions always feel free to come to the Global Healing Center, it is our pleasure to help you through the process.
