I'm a new mommy and I have completely changed our lives over the last year. However, I am really low on recipes.
Anyone have any that keep out the bad stuff?
No MSGs (Or the many other names for MSG, like natural flavor) , GMOs, soy, sugar (use agave nectar or another healthy substitute), milk ...
Doesn't mix the stuff Dr. G talks about: no mixing protein & carbs, carbs & acidic stuff...
Uses, Organic, from basic ingredients...
I need recipes! We eat tons of fruit every morning, but then lunch & dinner are getting old with the same old veggie stir fry & my 15 month old not a big fan.
Also anyone make their own marinades or salad dressing. I LOVE sweet italian, anyone know how to make that with out any bad stuff?
Please don't list something that uses a canned soup for flavor, or soy sauce.
