Any New Oxypowder users Sep 2007????

Postby Mimi on Sun Sep 30, 2007 1:38 pm

Hi,
I'm a new user to Oxy Powder. I did the 7-day cleanse was sucessful w/4-6 pills to achieve the 3-5 bm's.. I found that I had to go 2-3 times right away in the morning. Then the urge to go slowed down towards the afternoon. The first morning movements are very watery and dark. But by end of the day they are normal.

I am continuing to take 4 pills every other day or atleast 3 times a week. So I guess I'm on a maintenance cycle for now.

I love that I have less bloating. But it creeps back up evey now and then. So I'm really trying to monitor my diet by avoiding when possible all sugars, carbonated drinks, white flours and any dairy products to include soy. I have kept to eating lots of fruits and veggies throughout the day AND only adding meats and starches at dinnertime (if at all). I think its been helping alot..
Its just hard when starches or sugar can't be avoided, I suffer so bad the next day.. So I gotta work harder on food choices and will power!!!

Well I'm just curious if there are any new users and what there experiences are...

Mimi,
Congratulations on completing your cleanse! It sounds like your doing well, but maybe your having issues with digestion? This is what I took form your post. I may suggest that you try using a probiotic, this may help you with the digestive issue, and with any bloating that may occur. I think its great that you seen such a great cleanse, many people deal with the digestive issues and most can find some decrease in the symptoms after using a probiotic.

Take care and good luck to you

Thanks for the recommendation. I think I am having problems w/digestion. I think that's been my problem for years.. I will definitely look into probiotics.. I'm also thinking about incorporating the apple cider vinegar into my day. I haven't up to this point. But we'll see what happens.

Thanks again for the quick response
