Hi. I am 33 years old. I have been obsessed with my weight for as long as i can remember. Due to this, I underwent a year of senna laxative abuse, 10 years ago. I also went down with Hepatitis A which further weakened my liver. Ever since then, I cannot have a BM without taking pysillium powders containing senna. Although I have a BM everyday, I aslo feel like I have not cleared totally and suffer from discomfort on the left side of my abdomen. I also suffer from frequent headaches, for which I have to take painkillers with paracetamol and ibuprofen. This has further weakened my system. I have since read reports of Oxy-Powder, both in favour of and against. I am desperate to find a cure for my constipation and also to stop these headaches, so I can stop taking so many painkillers, which I fear have caused havoc with my digestive system. What I would like to know is:
1)Given the history in my specific case, would it be safe for me to use Oxy-Powder.
2)Also since I am already dependent on bulk laxatives, I am absolutely petrified of becoming dependent on this and that it will screw up my system, in the long run.
