Phos 30 flush

2 questions:

1-Can another flavor of juice be used. Not to hip on apple juice?
2-What is the reasoning for step #5- the heavy whipping cream & berries. I don't eat much dairy. Is there an alternative?

Following are the responses to your questions:
1. Apple juice is the best juice for the liver/gallbladder flush because of the high malic acid content. This also helps to soften the stones and works very well together with the Super Phos 30. If you don’t want to do the apple juice, you can mix it with distilled water instead. Please read the label directions for this; the manufacturer recommends that a little more Super Phos 30 be used if it is mixed in water.
2. Then reason that heavy whipping cream is used is that it is a source of fat, heavy whipping cream is almost exclusively dairy fat with little or no sugar, and is also tastes very good. The fat actually stimulates the production of bile in the liver and the release of bile by the gallbladder. This is further stimulated by the olive oil and lemon juice mixture. I have not seen any alternatives to the whipping cream that make as tasty a meal, but you could substitute another healthy fat such as organic, cold-pressed coconut oil or another healthy oil that you prefer.
